Streak of Lightning!

I was inspired to make a STREAK of Lightning quilt here.

This was a quilt design that was calling MY name!

I used a lot of BRIGHT colors!
Tuquoise,
Lime green,
RED,
gold,
...
You name it!

This is a FUN and quirky quilt!
I love it.

There's a flickr group just for
STREAK of lightning quilts!
Fun. fun!!!

  3. Fantastic! I've avoided the chevron look, it just didn't do it for me, but yours is wonderful and now I want to do a scrappy one like yours. Needled Mom mentioned the importance of value. Did you luck into yours being so lovely or did you plan for value?

  6. Yup, I agree with Ms. Quilty Conscience-- I avoided the chevron for a long time. You know me personally so you know that I have made a chevron quilt --but shh! I like yours better!
